Griffiths Performance BoxFit is engineered to help you:

BoxFit is a cardio based workout that focuses on the training used for boxing. It includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and ab exercises. The focus is on overall fitness and toning. 

Gloves are not necessary for this class. However, if you would like to bring your own, you are welcome to.

BoxFit Classes are offered: Thursdays from 6pm-7pm and 

                                             Fridays from 1pm-2pm
