Pilates is a great complement to Sports training, rehab and overall health and wellness.
This is a fundamental class, great for new Pilates enthusiasts as well as those familiar with the Pilates repertoire. All class sizes are small to allow for optimal instruction.
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, a bottle of water and get ready to move!!

Mondays from 9:00am-9:45am
Wednesdays from 2:00pm-2:45pm
Thursdays from 5:15pm-6:00pm and 6:15pm-7:00pm
